Well, that sounds great to we, the potential customers, but i think you should have explained further. Is this promo valid only in the month of August, or as long as due?
On other issue, i think you should provide a direct customer support email address to solve minor questions we might have but not posting on this blog now and then…
I’d like to know once more, if you have remote customer service. In sense that, is there any way one can deal with you without having to travel to your offices? Probably, you can adopt some of the practises of your competitors – NetRegime and Web4Africa – where a customer can make a bank deposit, and then fax a copy of the receipt without having to travel to their offices.
As I said, you need to provide us with a customer support email – not a feedback form or company mail – so that we can channel our questions there. We love you, and would like to do business with you he only you can provide us with quality services. By the way, your “live chat” doesn’t work, does it?

If you have ever placed an order at our online store at http://webservice.darrelconceptsghana.com, you will find that we currently support two forms of online payment-
1. Generate E-Invoice for Bank Payment
2. Pay by Credit Card via Moneybookers (Requires a Moneybookers account)
With the first option, an invoice is generated with a unique Invoice ID, which you would be required to provide in order to confirm your bank deposit. The second option will be deprecated soon, and replaced with a 2Checkout payment Gateway.
To answer your final query, Yes, our Live Chat service does work and our support personnel are on-hand to assist you from Mon-Fri during business hours (8.30am – 5.30pm)
