After several weeks of Live support unavailability we are delighted to announce that the issues with our Internet Service Providers (ISP) have finally been sorted out, and as you may already have noticed, Live Support is now Back Online!
Pheeew!! That was rather embarrassing ……
Thank God it’s all over now though! Our Live Support personnel will now be on-hand to assist you again, as previously was the case, during business hours (Mon-Fri between 8.30am and 5.30pm)

We have lined up a few ideas to enable you get the most out of our Help Desk.
- 24hr Live Support- we are working on extending our Live Support period to 24hrs to ensure that our live support personnel will be available 24×7 to assist you with any technical problems/queries you may have.
- Support Ticketing system- We will soon be launching a Support Ticketing System to enable you (and us) track and manage your support requests more effectively.
