We would sincerely like to apologize for our recent inability to provide Live Support for our valued clients in the last couple of days. This has been as a result of problems from our Internet Service Provider’s (ISP) end. We have been assured that the issues are being dealt with.
We would thus like to assure customers that Live Support will soon be available to assist them again from Mon-Fri for the entire duration of business hours (8.30 am – 5.30pm), as previously was the case.
Any inconvenience caused as a result of the Live Support unavailability is deeply regretted.
